Chapter 27: Change of Pace (Part 7)
After Eli and Trelawney had kissed, they felt more closer than ever. They held each other's hands as they shared smiles and blushes with one another. "We kissed before Mother and Father have. The only kisses they have exchanged on on-the-cheek kisses. We kissed on the lips." Trelawney tells Eli, who grinned at his mate.
"Yes, we did, my little little Trelawney." Eli tells Trelawney. Trelawney could only stare at Eli with loving eyes as she embraced him in a hug. Eli hugged her back and he was wanting to ask her a question, but he was going to wait until King Dai and Queen Yu have kissed. He didn't mind waiting until his King was happily settled down with his Queen. "I love you." Eli decided to try out the three words.
"I love you too." Trelawney responded. She knew deep in her heart that she loved Eli.
"I'm glad we've found our happiness in each other." Eli vocalized. Trelawney then thought about something.
"Are we going to tell them?" Trelawney asked Eli. Eli gave her a soft kiss on her nose.
"They're smart. I'm sure they're notice a change in our relationship." Eli vocalized. Trelawney twinkled at Eli and Eli beamed back at her.
"Yeah, I know. I just hope that they won't be too mad." Trelawney vocalized her worry to Eli. Eli paled a bit.
"I'm sure they won't be too mad." Eli started to sweat. He didn't think to think about how Queen Yu was going to react. Sure she is sweet, but she is furiously protective of her daughter. King Dai would be cool with it as long as Eli doesn't hurt Trelawney, which he wouldn't do in the first place.
"Me too." Trelawney answered back, laying her head on his chest. Eli beamed down at her. He was so happy that he kissed Trelawney. They spend most of their night cuddling and they fell asleep with Eli holding Trelawney close to him.
The next morning, Eli and Trelawney both awaken to find both Dai and Yu beaming down at them. "So, this is where you two were?" Yu asked teasingly.
"I see you two are mates. Congratulations." Dai tells the two people. They both blush and Yu giggled at them.
"You two should be past the blushing stage by now." She tells them with a smile on her face. She was truly happy for them, but if Eli did anything to hurt Trelawney, she would kill him. She really would.
