My eyes were unwavering as they stared upon her. I could detect the wariness on her countenance. But, she was the only person that owed me and someone that could probably switch side since I knew she bore hatred towards Oniisan even just the slightest bit. Besides their protection, I could somehow sense that Chun Yi didn't seem to want to have anything to do with them.

From there and her warning from before, I could deduce that Chun Yi knew enough to not want to be involved with them. Perhaps, it would have been better to approach Iris and made use of her hatred towards me to draw information out of her.

Since she wanted me to break up with Jin Longwen and also telling me how much I did not suit him, she would probably spoil everything in order to scare me off. In any case, Iris did refer to the same opinion as Chun Yi that if I knew of Jin Longwen's story, I wouldn't choose to be with him.
