Chapter 27: ABIMANYU'S TRUTH

In the afternoon, after Abimanyu got a job as a construction worker, he came home tired.

"Abi, why are your clothes so dirty? And what is this Abi? Why are your hands like this?" Steffi asked with tears in his eyes looking at Abimanyu's scuffed palms and peel off.

"After work Steff, why? I work as a construction worker. Things like this will become normal, don't be surprised anymore." Abimanyu said briefly as he took off his shirt.

"Oh my God, Abii!! Your back is also scratched! Does working in a building have to be like this, Bi?" asked Steffi with tears already streaming down his cheeks.

"Jhonny come here quickly!! Look here! Abi's back and hands are all scratched!" Steffi shouted at Jhonny who was playing guitar.

Hearing Steffi's loud screams, Jhonny immediately went inside and saw Abimanyu's hands and back which looked like they had been put in hard labor.
