Osbert stood up to follow her: "Don't be reckless."
"You, as a revered pirate chief, are actually afraid of an ordinary person?"
Amelia seemed to look down on him, already heading out the door.
"Then go ahead, I'll have someone protect you."
Osbert didn't stop Amelia, if he did, she might not go at all.
Amelia turned to look at Osbert: "Then I won't go."
"..."
Osbert sternly said, "Women are indeed fickle."
"Wrong, women aren't fickle, women are unpredictable, and women like to be contrary. The more you try to forbid me from doing something, the more I'll want to do it."
"You're certainly honest, but I like it, I just like your straightforwardness."
Just as Osbert was about to lean closer, Amelia stopped him: "Don't get touchy-feely with me, don't forget what you promised. Three months from now, we each go our own way!"
"What if you happen to fall for me?"
"Then I'll marry you!"
Amelia answered without hesitation.
Osbert grabbed Amelia's arm: "Really?"
"Of course!"
