With everything that was going on in the palace, Luciana wasn't the main focus at that point, and no one was really checking to see if she was repenting and asking the goddess to forgive her and make her a good woman again, as she had been asked to do. Thanks to this, she was able to sneak out of the prayer chamber she was supposed to be in before the break of dawn while her maid filled in for her.
