Chapter 454: Resting

The next day, Dani and Abel prepared to travel back to Valcrez. After saying her goodbyes to her parents and brother, as usual, Abel turned into his mist form and carried her away. Thankfully, she didn't feel anything else despite the speed at which they were traveling, and they both remained silent as they let the scenery pass them by.

With nothing else going on, Dani couldn't help but think of what they could do at the moment. Judging by how quickly they were going, they could actually take their time and maybe see the sights. It wouldn't be for a while until she would find herself back in Ebodia, after all, and Abel would probably appreciate being in a different kingdom for a bit longer. Although, that wasn't what Dani thought would happen. They still had a lot of responsibilities to do back home, and she really wanted to just be doing nothing while her Queen and the rest of her fellows were all busy with their tasks.
