"How terrible!" she exclaimed. The king was looking at her perplexed.

"How do I look?" she asked again.

The king smiled at her tenderly. "I told you, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen kaesha."

Venus grimaced, "you said that because you're my mate. How do I look today?' she asked again as she looked down. "I think I need to change," she said.

"You looked stunning, and the wives even commented on how soft your skin was. Some of them even wrote to ask if I could get the perfume you wore. The queen even asked your dressmaker's name discreetly," he laughed.
