"Is it that stiff?" Akaashi mumbles, making me laugh softly. "You're like a rock, Akaashi-kun! All that tension is just begging for a muscle cramp, it's gonna weigh you down~ I'll do my best to get it all out before we go to bed! In the meantime, you should stretch out your arms and keep the blood flowing." I chime and Akaashi sets down his cards, stretching out his arms. "Don't rush it, you've got time. Just go slow, really let your blood flow and get all the oxygen into all the nooks and crannies." I say and he nods, slowly working his arms out. I finished off the knot I had been working on, moving on to the next knot, which was even bigger. I work it out a bit before digging my elbow into it, making Akaashi let out a low groan. "What- fuck, that feels good." Akaashi groans, closing his eyes and stretching his arms straight out. "You know, Bokuto-Senpai, you're very well built muscle wise, but I think you should try Akaashi-kun's workout. Your muscle mass is dispersed, Akaashi-kun is toned and more consistent. I'm not saying that your muscle mass isn't good, I just think that working out different areas will help you." I admit, noticing that Akaashi had thick muscles everywhere.
"Oya? You think so? Why?" Bokuto says and I gently run my fingers over Akaashi's back, feeling all the knots and muscles underneath. "You see, when you work out, you focus on your upper half. Your upper half is really well built and that's where the majority of your knots were." I say, gently massaging Akaashi's shoulders and tracing the area I was talking about so Bokuto saw. "You also work your lower half, I can tell that, but you don't work it like you do with your upper half. That kind of splits your area of muscle into two categories, whereas Akaashi-kun works his whole body so his muscle distribution is even." I say, running my fingers over Akaashi's full back, tracing the area I was talking about. "I'm not saying start focusing on your lower back, because that would throw off the balance and it could cause complications. I really mean just try out Akaashi-kun's workout, you might be surprised what happens." I say, tracing the lower half of Akaashi's back so Bokuto could see. "Ohh? Just try doing his workout on top of mine?" Bokuto asks and I shake my head, getting back to working out Akaashi's back. "No, for a week or two just try his workout only." I say, Bokuto humming softly.
"You prefer sleeping on your stomach right because sleeping on your back is uncomfortable, right? That might be because your lower half isn't able to keep up with the muscle mass you've built up. Here, let me show you." I say, offering my hand as Bokuto scoots over, offering me his hand. I take it, bending all his fingers down except his index and middle finger. "Ignore all the tense spots for now, just focus on the muscle. It'll feel soft but firm, not like a rock." I say, guiding Bokuto's fingers over Akaashi's upper back. "See, this is where you work out. Yours is stronger than Akaashi's, so it's more built up. This gives you the power and mobility your arms need to do spikes." I say before guiding his fingers down to Akaashi's lower back. "This is where you're not working out as much, it's a bit weaker than this, so on your back it creates a stark contrast in stability. It's kind of like skipping leg day, except for your back. Since this muscle area isn't as built, it can't support your upper back and ends up making it uncomfortable." I explain before offering him my towel to wipe the oil off his fingers. I get back to working out Akaashi's muscles, though everyone seems intrigued.
"I see… but then why doesn't Akaashi sleep on his back?" Bokuto says, making me smile as I use an elbow to work out an especially tough knot, making Akaashi groan. "All these knots! Akaashi-kun, you sleep on your side because your back is uncomfortable when you lay on it, it must feel like you're sleeping on an uneven bed. That's because all the tension that's built up in your back, it makes it so your back isn't flat in a sense, even though it is flat. If I manage to get these all out, you should try sleeping on your back tonight. Bokuto-Senpai, you should try sleeping on your side to help relieve some of the stress on your back." I say, Bokuto humming as he returns to his spot. "You sure know a lot, teddy bear." Bokuto says, itching the back of his neck as he seems to contemplate what I was saying. "Yeah, I studied really hard on it a while back when my mom was getting cramps all over from work. The older you get, the more this kind of stuff takes its toll on your body. That's why you often see older people complaining about aching pains and such, it's been there, it's just the body was able to keep up with it." I say, Bokuto slowly nodded and rubbed his chin like he was in thought.
"You feel like a new person, right? Before, you felt fine, but you had all those knots and tension built up without knowing. If you were older and your muscles weren't as spry as they were, those would cause you to feel stiff and uncomfortable. Since I took them out, your body isn't working to support those areas anymore, so it puts it to different areas. It'll probably go to supporting your lower back now, that's why I suggested trying Akaashi-kun's workout for the next week or two. With the blood flowing and consistent it'll really give those muscles a boost. It is important to maintain your upper muscles properly, that's why I said try his workout instead of just working your lower back. His is consistent and focuses on all areas of the body, at least from what I can tell. Also, sleeping on your side instead of your back will give your lower back a break from supporting itself overnight." I explain more and Akaashi looks up at me, raising an eyebrow. "What about me? Do I need to adjust my workout or sleep a different way starting from here on out?" Akaashi asks, making me hum as I think about it. I dig my elbow into an especially stubborn knot, working it out with more pressure.
"Your workout is fine, in fact, after I finish with these knots you should do some proper stretches and get the blood flowing through your body. That'll make you feel 10 times younger, but it's really just oxygen flowing properly through your system. As for sleeping, it's important to get a proper night's rest since the way you sleep will set how your body will be for the next day. This goes for all of you, sleeping on your back and side is best, though if you decide on your left or right side it has pros and cons; sleeping on the right side can worsen heartburn. However, sleeping on the left side can put a strain on internal organs like the liver, lungs, and stomach, but also while reducing acid reflux. Sleeping on your stomach is the worst sleeping position, it causes a lot of problems and generally isn't good for you." I explain, getting close to finishing working on Akaashi's back. "Of course, you want to keep your spine straight when you're sleeping. There's also different kinds of pillows which are designed to do this, especially for your neck which is a key place to support. They're kind of like thighs, in a sense? Well, they support your neck and cradle your head." I hum, Akaashi groaning when I work on a particularly big knot.
"There's a lot that factors in, like if you sleep on your back you should prop your knees up with a rolled up towel, and if you sleep on your side you don't want to lay your legs on each other, have a pillow in between or have your lower leg straight and your upper one bent and propped up. That's just sleeping alone though, sleeping with another person kind of complicates things. Ah, that's a lot to take in huh?" I finish, giggling softly to myself. "No, I think I get it. Sleeping on your stomach is a no, sleeping on your side or back is better, keep your spine straight and support your neck. Your legs should also be supported and not laid on each other when on your side." Akaashi says and I smile at him. "Yeah! That sounds way better than my babble." I laugh, though he smiles at me. "Nah, you explained it with details to make it stick. Those are just the key points, I'll make sure to keep it in mind." Akaashi says and I can't help but feel bubbly knowing I had helped him at least a little bit. "Wah, you're so smart and talented, teddy bear. Dance, study, you even play instruments! It's almost like you were raised like a noble!" Bokuto says and I pause, my hands freezing on Akaashi's back.
I drop my gaze and look away, laughing awkwardly. "I like to study a lot, plus dance and music means a lot to me." I say, getting back to working on Akaashi's back though he seems to notice I was tense. "Your uncle is a lawyer, right? And your father was a doctor?" Kozu asks suddenly and I nod, wondering where he was going with this. "That's a lot of money going towards schooling." Kozu says and I blow out a breath, working on another tough knot. "My father worked very hard to pay off his loans before…" I mumble, falling off as I just stare at Akaashi's back. "You never talk about your fathers side of the family." Kozu says and I shrug my shoulders. "My uncle and cousin are the only ones I'm close to. I didn't even know they existed until I was pregnant with Nen." I admit, feeling over Akaashi's back for any more knots. "What about your cousin's mother?" Kozu asks and I look up at the ceiling, humming softly. "That was before I met them, but I heard it was a pretty nasty divorce. Kioshi was awarded sole custody of Kanori, though." I say, knowing it wasn't best to go airing other people's dirty laundry. "Your grandparents?" Kozu asks as I grab my towel, wiping the oil off of my hands.
"Alive and well. I finished, Akaashi-kun, I'll wipe the oil off and you can stretch out your back." I say, wiping off the oil before hopping off his back, putting my things away. It hurt thinking of my grandparents, especially knowing what they had done to my father. My mother's parents were lovely people and supportive, in fact they helped my mother and father when my mom became pregnant with me. We had to leave them behind when we came to Japan and they had their own jobs and careers to keep up with. They had never met Nen, but I did get them in for the occasional video chat. They loved him dearly and I was happy for that, but my father's parents… "Kimi-chan?" Kozu says, bringing me from my thoughts as I realized I had been staring off into space. "Sorry, what did you ask?" I ask, shaking my head to clear my thoughts. "Have you ever met them?" Kozu asks and I shake my head, zipping my bag up. "No." I say simply, though I had heard plenty about them from my uncle and a bit from my mother. "I'm going to go take a shower now. Make sure to keep stretching, Akaashi-kun, I'll be back." I say, grabbing my nightwear before heading to take a shower.
"Well, that's new." Kozu mumbles after Kimiko leaves, everyone raising an eyebrow at him. "What?" Kuroo asks and Kozu hums softly, staring at his Switch. "She was dodging the question." Kozu says, feeling like he had just found a new puzzle that was Kimiko. He had always found new things about her and she was usually open with him since they were close, but for her to be so vague and try to escape? "I don't think she was! Maybe she just doesn't know them?" Bokuto says, and while Kozu would think so, why would she space off and be so short? "I suppose." Kozu says, deciding to drop the subject for now. "So, how was the massage?" Kuroo asks, Bokuto laughing as he flexed his arms out. Akaashi was still stretching, though he did look rather relaxed. "It was awesome! It felt so good, I almost got a boner!" Bokuto says, making everyone pause as they looked up at him. "Well, good thing you didn't." Akaashi says, not willing to admit he himself had one; he managed to keep it discreet. "I want one~" Kuroo sighs, dropping his hand as Bokuto plays his. "Too bad you got scratches." Bokuto laughs as Kuroo takes the cards, dealing a new hand.
"Oh, no, I'd rather get scratches anytime." Kuroo admits, grinning to himself as he remembered her writhing body. "I agree." Kozu says and Kuroo hums softly, looking over Kozu and watching him play his game. "How far did you guys go?" Kuroo asks and Kozu glances up at Kuroo, both of them staring for a minute and assessing each other. "I don't kiss and tell." Kozu says, making Kuroo laugh as he crossed his arms. "I bet I've gotten farther, then." Kuroo says, grinning widely as Kozu hums. "It's more about her enjoyment isn't it? Who cares who's gotten further as long as she's happy?" Kozu says and he honestly means it; he didn't mind the idea of her with others, but he hoped one day she would choose him. Kuroo pauses, looking over Kozu and thinking about it. Of course he was attracted to Kimiko and he wanted her, but he had never really thought about someone else seeking her out like he had. Now that he thought about it, the kissing competition was exactly that, like he was fighting for his right to Kimiko. He did want to see her happy, she deserved to be happy and she already had him curled around her finger; but he wasn't the only one that she had around her fingers.
Kuroo leaned his head back, deep in thought as he hummed. She was a great person and in general easy to be with, in fact most of the times he had done things with her it was him initiating. The one time she approached him she had been desperate and didn't know how to deal with it. When it came to Kozu, she had been drunk, though as she said that was no excuse. Of course she had teased, but she had never approached him out of want. He was sure she was new to the whole idea as well, she was so anxious and just… innocent. She was so open and caring too, but also feisty and playful when she wanted to be. The way she acted with everyone, how she was so grateful to them and how they all worked to make sure she was happy and safe… she was beautiful and had a heart of gold, Kuroo wanted that in his life, he wanted her- and he wanted Nen too, the kid had grown on him. The big smile he had when he told him he had been practicing, how he had been so excited to see him again. Kuroo was willing to do anything for Kimiko, he had realized it as soon as he had met her. He wanted her to have a safe and happy life, no matter the cost; hopefully, it involved him.
I stepped back into the room, all the boys glancing up as I was still drying my hair. "Oh my- show me the hood!" Kuroo laughs and I furrow my eyebrows, pulling the hood of my onesie up so he can see. "T-that's so cute!" Bokuto says, dashing over and feeling it, crying out in happiness. "It's so soft and fluffy! Yes, come on, we're cuddling right now!" Bokuto says, tugging me over to the futon and making me laugh. "Bokuto-Senpai, my hair is still-" I try to protest, squealing when he sweeps me off my feet. "Nope! Time to cuddle!" Bokuto says, laying me down on the futon before laying down. He curls up behind me, groaning as he gets as close as he could. "Oh yeah, super soft and fluffy." Bokuto grumbles, burying his head in my shoulder and making me laugh. "Bokuto-Senpai, my hair!" I laugh, though Akaashi comes over, taking the towel from around my neck and beginning to dry my hair for me. "Oh, thank you Akaashi-kun." I say, offering him a smile as he just ruffles my hair. "I usually have to do this with Owl head, anyway." He says, making me giggle as I think of him taking care of Bokuto. "Hoot hoot." I chime, offering him a smile as he laughs. "Cute." He chuckles, smiling at me.
"Why do they get a cute owl onesie on group cuddle day?" Kuroo asks and I look over at him, raising an eyebrow. "I wore a cat onesie when we cuddled, didn't I?" I ask and he opens his mouth before seeming to think about it. "Well, if you did, it wasn't fluffy." Kuroo mumbles, making me giggle softly. "Hai, hai, I'll wear my fluffy kitty onesie tomorrow." I mumble, reaching a pinky out to him as he smiles at me. "How many onesies do you have?" Kuroo chuckles, hooking his pinky on mine as we shake. "Oh, I have a lot- I mean, it's the one thing that Aima doesn't take from me." I admit, though I pout if at Kozu. "Someone~ still hasn't returned my favorite yet." I say, Kozu blowing out a breath as he sets his Switch down. "You're never getting that back. It's a lethal weapon, you'll be in danger if you wear it anywhere but my house." Kozu says, looking me straight in the eyes as I drag a hand over my face. "What do you even mean??? It's just a onesie, Kozu-kun!" I protest, though he shakes his head furiously. "No, it's a weapon of mass destruction." Kozu says and I click my tongue. "Okay, how? How is a onesie a weapon of mass destruction?" I ask, crossing my arms.
"It's not the onesie, it's you in the onesie. It's too much, too cute, too sexy." Kozu says and I grab onto Akaashi and bury my head into his lap. "What the heck, Kozume-kun! It's literally just a onesie, a very comfortable one at that, one that I want back so I can use for its intended purpose! You know, sleeping in?" I complain, though Kozu leans over and tugs my head back gently by my hair, making my skull tingle. I bite my lip and meet his gaze, barely managing to suppress a shiver. "First of all, pudding, you don't get to call me Kozume anymore. It's either Kozu, Kenma- anything that's not Kozume. Second, you're not getting that onesie back. It's something you can only wear with me, I'm the only one whose eyes can be blessed with it." Kozu says and I pout, swatting his hand from my hair. "I'm not a god, Kozu, I can't bless your eyes. It's just a pikachu onesie I wore to our sleepover once, why can't I have it back?" I sigh, though Bokuto pulls me from Akaashi's lap back onto his. "You may be no god, but you are an angel. That onesie is just… It's my weakness, okay? Just let me keep it, you can wear it when you visit." Kozu says and I blow out a breath, rolling my eyes.
"Whatever, but I'm not an angel either! Do you see feathers and a halo?" I ask, gesturing to myself and raising an eyebrow. "I don't get the halo part, but you're dressed as an owl, Teddy bear!" Bokuto chimes in, making me pause. "Okay, other than the onesie, do you see feathers or a halo?" I correct myself and the three other boys look at me. "Well, of course you don't really have wings, as nice as that would be to see. There is something special about you though, and I think a lot of people around you see that. It's just… something about you that makes you glow, the way you are and the things you do. It's kind of like you're an angel sometimes, and you don't even know it." Kuroo says, making my face burn as I drop my gaze. "W-What? Are you kidding me? What kind of… I-I… Quit teasing me, Kurooster!" I protest, Kuroo chuckling as I feel my face burning now. "No, no, he has a point. I mean, before I even properly met you there was just something about you that drew me in." Akaashi says and I look up at him, shocked. "Before we met in real life, I knew you were someone very important to me. You were just so… you. I've never met anyone like you." Kozy says and my breath catches.
"I liked you for your dancing! I mean, it was so cool and I felt like you were talking to me with your moves! When I got to know you a bit more, I thought you were even more awesome than I thought! When you were with Nen especially, when you sang that song~ I just imagined being with you and Nen, and having our own baby owls!" Bokuto says and I blink, turning to look at him over my shoulder. "Baby owls?" I ask and he just grins widely at me. "Yeah! You and I could make lots of baby owls together!" Bokuto says, confusing me even more. "Yeah, I thought about having a family with you and Nen when you sang that too." Akaashi says and I suddenly felt my body get hot with embarrassment. "Wait, you both thought about having a family with me?" I squeak, feeling so surprised as Bokuto laughs. "Yeah! We'd have 3 more baby owls, and Nen would grow up super cool like me!" Bokuto says and I honestly feel like I lost my footing even though I'm laying down. "I thought about having one or two babies with you myself." Akaashi says and I just stare blankly at him. Would our babies have his eyes, like Nen's? That would be- well, it'd be really really nice, I did love their eyes.
"They're not the only ones. I did, too." Kozu says suddenly and I blink- Kozu as a father? What kind of father would he be? "Hey! No fair, I thought of having a family with her too- though I've thought about it before." Kuroo says and my mind just goes blank, staring into space as my jaw goes slack. All four of them had thought of- babies? I mean, yeah, I wanted more, but- for them all to want that with me? What kind of fathers would they be? They were all cool with Nen as friends, but as a father? Kuroo had his moment when they were playing volleyball, and Akaashi looked so natural as a father- wait, they wanted families with me? I went limp in Bokuto's arms, furrowing my brows as I began to feel a headache coming on. "Eh, are you okay teddy bear?" Bokuto asks and I blink, staring forward. I think of mini Bokuto's, Akaashi's, Kuroo's and Kozu's running around, suddenly feeling dizzy. "Wah~ ha ha, Kuroo-Senpai, I wonder if your babies will have your hairstyle!" I laugh, thinking of how cute it would be to have a baby with his hair. "Oh, but Akaashi-kun, a baby with your eyes~" I hum, closing my eyes and thinking about it. "You broke her." Kozu says and I think of a baby Kozu.
"A peaceful baby like you would be nice, Kozu-kun. I don't know if I could keep up with crazy babies like Bokuto-Senpai, but it would be lively." I say, smiling as I think of holding a calm baby girl. "Oh no... you guys~ now I have baby fever!" I groan, burying my face into my palms as I imagine the cute little toes and giggling. "The babbling, the cooing- oh gosh, I miss it all." I whine as I drag my hands down my face, taking a deep breath. "Ah, I want a baby…" I whisper, slowly opening my eyes. "Then let's make one!" Bokuto says, making me jump as he pulls me tighter. "W-what? No, I mean, I want one, I do, but… I'm not fit right now!" I say, my face burning as Bokuto just chuckles. "But you want one right?" Bokuto says and I blow out a breath. "It's… It's not that easy Bokuto-Senpai! I'm on birth control, and I don't have money to support a baby! They need diapers, formula, clothes!" I explain and he just hums, making a thinking face. "Stop taking your birth control! I'll get a job, problem solved!" Bokuto says, making me laugh at his enthusiasm. "It's really not that easy, Bokuto-Senpai! You can't just get up, get a job and have a baby!" I laugh and he just groans.
"How hard can it be?" He asks and I drop my gaze, my smile faltering. "It can be very hard…" I say simply, though Akaashi reaches over and flicks Bokuto in the forehead. "Stupid, don't you think Suzuki-chan would know better than anyone how hard it is? Plus, if you get a job and have a baby, you can't focus on playing volleyball." Akaashi says, Bokuto gasping in horror. "What?!? Suzuki-chan, we can't have babies yet! I still have to play volleyball!" Bokuto says and I offer him a smile over my shoulder. "That's okay Bokuto-Senpai, I don't plan on having babies anytime soon." I chime, Bokuto smiling widely at me. "Good! But when you decide to, be sure and tell us!" Bokuto says, making me laugh. "Um, I suppose? Anywho! It's bedtime! Let's catch some Z's so you can practice tomorrow!" I say, Bokuto oohing before he curls around me. "Goodnight, Kozu-kun, Kuroo-Senpai, I'll see you tomorrow." I say as they gather their things. "Goodnight, Suzuki-chan, I'll see you tomorrow." Kuroo says, parting off first. "Goodnight, Suzuki-chan." Kozu says before he shuffles out. "So, where am I laying?" Akaashi says, folding my towel and setting it to the side.
"Right here, I'll cuddle up to you." I say, patting the spot in front of me. Akaashi lays down on his back in front of me and I slide up against him, tucking my shoulder under his. I lay my head on his collar, draping my arm over his torso and pulling my leg across his abdomen. We both settle in before Bokuto scoots over, pressing his whole back against mine and wrapping his arms around my torso. I was sitting snugly between the two bigger boys, and honestly it felt really good. Bokuto lifts his leg onto mine, in a similar position as me, settling in. "Wahh… this is so nice." Bokuto sighs happily, burying his head into my hair and making me giggle. "Hai~ ettoo, Bokuto-senpai, your right arm… can you fit it right here?" I ask, scooting down a bit so I'm more snug in his lap and my thigh is draped over Akaashi's pelvis. I tap the spot I had created in my neck area and Bokuto slides his arm in, his arm now right between my shoulder and Akaashi's arm. I take his arm, moving it so it's not digging into Akaashi's side. "Hai, get as comfy as you can now." I say and he drapes his arm over my shoulders, squeezing me a bit tighter. "Okay, I'm comfy." Bokuto yawns, making me giggle.
I settle down, my neck laying on Bokuto's thicker arm and my head on Akaashi's shoulder. I hum happily as I snuggle in, taking a deep breath. It smelled strangely of cinnamon and the beach- did Bokuto smell like cinnamon? The combination was weird for sure, but somehow it just made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. "Goodnight Bokuto-Senpai. Goodnight, Akaashi-kun. If you need me to move, just let me know. As long as you don't do anything inappropriate, you can hold me however you'd like, I don't mind. Though if my onesie comes unzipped I'm blaming you and I'll be upset, Bokuto-Senpai." I say, making Akaashi laugh as Bokuto groans. "Goodnight, Suzuki-chan. I'll keep Bokuto in check, don't worry." Akaashi says, his free hand settling on my thigh and gently stroking it with his hand. "Akaashi!" Bokuto protests as I close my eyes, slowly relaxing in their gentle arms. "Goodnight, Suzuki-chan." Bokuto grumbles, snuggling tightly against me and burying his head into my neck. "I trust you both, so please take care of me~" I yawn, nuzzling my face into their arms as I lazily drag my thumb over Akaashi's chest, feeling him slowly relax. I take slow deep breaths of their warming scent, easily falling asleep.
It was so warm and cozy, it smelled nice too- ahh, I didn't want to wake up, but the sun was shining against my eyelids. The light disappeared and I hum happily, slowly opening my eyes. The first thing I saw was a hand which seemed to be glowing, making my eyebrows furrow. "Holy hand? I thought god said let there be light?" I mumble, still half asleep. I feel the chest under my hand vibrate as they laugh, drawing my attention up to the familiar blue eyes. I drag myself up to straddle their chest, cupping their face gently. I place soft butterfly kisses on their nose, cheeks and forehead, feeling their arms wrap around my waist. "Good morning~" I sigh happily, smiling down at them- gasping when arms suddenly yank me off of the chest. "No fair Akaashi! I wanted good morning kisses first!" Bokuto says as I blink my eyes, processing where I was. "Oh, good morning Bokuto-Senpai." I say, rubbing my eyes- ahh, I must've been kissing Akaashi then. "Give me some too, Suzuki-chan!" Bokuto whines, making me laugh as he stubbornly holds me against his chest. "Hai hai~" I giggle, cupping Bokuto's face and giving him gentle kisses like I had with Akaashi, Bokuto making happy noises.
"So! How did you sleep?" I ask as I pull away, Bokuto grinning as he flexes his arms. "Oh, I slept really well! I feel like… like I just spent a night on cloud nine!" Bokuto explains as I slide out of the bed, stretching my body. "How about you, Akaashi's-kun?" I ask as he slowly sits up, smiling sweetly at me. "I slept really well, getting in the extra hour was nice." Akaashi says and I groan, running a hand over my face. "I did it again, huh? You guys waited for me to wake up and ended up cuddling for a long time." I ask, my cheeks burning as I itched the back of my neck. "It's okay! Getting plenty of good sleep is important, and we're early birds! Cuddling you is time well spent since cuddling you is the best!" Bokuto cheers, making me laugh as Akaashi nods. "I enjoyed it as well, I didn't get the chance to sleep in with you the first time." Akaashi says and I smile sheepishly. "Kimiko! Come on, let's go! Details, shower, breakfast!" Aima says as she slams the door open, shocking me at her timing. "I have your schedule down." She says simply and I slowly nod, gathering my things. "Well, make sure to stretch extra well, I'll see you later!" I say, offering the boys a smile before I follow Aima.
An hour later I was munching on my breakfast, lost in my thoughts. "Earth to Kimiko, what's up?" Aima says, waving her hand in my face and I swallow. "Oh, sorry, what were we talking about?" I ask, scooping up another bite to eat. "I was going on about all my adventures with Lev last night, but now I'm more interested in what's got your head in the clouds." Aima says, grinning at me as I itch the back of my neck. "Well, I was thinking about the inter high qualifier… What if, like, I acted sort of as a mascot? We could make some black wings…" I say, Aima gasping loudly as Misaki and her shared a grin. "Yes, yes that's it! That's what we're talking about!" Aima squeals happily, clapping happily before she pulls us in for a group huddle. "We'll buy some online, like high quality- we can use them in the actual tournament too! Oh, it'll be so fun!" Aima squeals quietly, barely containing her joy. "Full black! She'll wear full black under the cheerleading outfits, we'll do black and orange eyeshadow!" Misaki says, her and Aima getting excited and beginning to discuss between themselves. I couldn't help but get dragged along into their antics, getting excited at the thought of motivating the boys.
I was exhausted; the first days my legs were fine I had worked them out thoroughly, loving to dance as much as I wanted to and could. I made my way to the Nekoma camp room, dressed in my black fluffy cat onesie and fresh from the shower. I had made sure to dry my hair preemptively since I was ready to pass out, barely keeping my eyes open at this point. I slid open the door, seeing the boys were once again together, playing cards, probably a habit or thing they were going to do all camp. I shuffled my way over, Kuroo doing a double take before his eyes widened. "Kitten!" He said happily, his lips curling into a wide grin as the others looked up at me. "Oh, now that's cute." Kozu says as I stop before Kuroo, rubbing my eye. "Kadu?" I ask, moving my hand to cover my mouth as I yawned. "Sure, come sit in my lap and help me play a few rounds." Kuroo says, patting his thigh gently as I hummed softly. I dropped to my knees, crawling over and rolling into his lap, laying against his chest. I grab the deck of cards he was holding, beginning to expertly shuffle them with my eyes closed. Kuroo chuckled, leaning back and gently stroking his fingers through my hair, watching as I dealt the hands.
I gave him his hand before burying my nose into his neck, taking a deep breath of his manly fruity smell- what the heck was that man? That smelled fantastic- his body heat spreading through me and making me warm and fuzzy all over. "Oi, are you actually gonna help me play or are you gonna sit there and pass out?" Kuroo chuckles and I peel my eyes open, reaching a hand up and adjusting his cards so he has a solid play. "'s naw my faul' you so comfy…" I mumble, nuzzling my cheek into his chest as I barely keep my eyes open, helping him play his game. "Oh, I see now, this and this right?" Kuroo says a few games later, pointing his fingers at two of his cards. "No, baka- not that one, the one to your right- your other right-" I groan in frustration, making his hand for him. "Hey, having a cute girl sitting in your lap does things to your brain." Kuroo chuckles as I roll my eyes. "Whatever, Kuroo-Senpai. I wanted to take a nap but you're hopeless..." I mumble, yawning softly. "I know you wanted to take a cat nap, but you're making me too dizzy to play." Kuroo says and I snort, thinking he was joking. "How even? I'm not a drug." I mumble, tossing down his hand for him as everyone plays their cards.
"Oh, maybe because you're sitting in my lap, being so cute and smelling so nice. It could be because you're a tiny bit annoyed with me, which I take great satisfaction in, even more so when you're curled in my lap. There's also the fact that I'm majorly horny right now, because yeah, you're like a drug to me." Kuroo says, making me roll my eyes as I gather the cards and start passing out a new hand. "By all means, snort me up Scotty. See just how high you get." I say just as sarcastically, though Kuroo suddenly flips me onto the ground and pins me down. "Wah- hey!" I cry out in surprise though Kuroo buries his head into my neck, taking a deep breath. "I don't know, Captain, I'm pretty high off of that." Kuroo says, his voice low and husky as he pulls back, grinning down at me. I feel my face burning at the look in his eyes- I had seen it plenty when his fingers were buried inside of me. "What the hell, Kuroo?" I choke out, avoiding his gaze as he returns to his original position, taking his heat with him. "No honorifics, huh? Does that mean I've graduated? It's an honor." Kuroo chuckles, making my face burn. "What?! No, you shocked me!" I protest and he just grins at me, patting his lap.
"You coming back, Kitten?" Kuroo asks and I bite my lip, dropping my gaze. Okay, that was definitely a challenge- he was calling me kitten, and for some reason it made me feel hot and tingly all over. I'm sure if I went back to his lap there'd be some sort of consequence, but at the same time if I didn't I'd be admitting he had done something to me. Okay, two can play at that game; there was a third option. "And give into your obvious addiction? Sorry, sir, I'm going to go lay down like a good little kitty and take myself a nice cat nap." I say, meeting his gaze head on before crawling over to his futon. "Oi, your futons over here." Kuroo says and I click my tongue, raising an eyebrow at him. "What do you mean?" I ask, furrowing my brows; that had been the futon. "It's over here, exactly what I said." Kuroo says, waving me over as I click my tongue and crawl back over. As soon as I'm within reach he snatches me up, laying back and pulling me to lay on his stomach. "Wah! What is with you today!" I groan, trying to fight him as he pins my arms to his sides and holds me down just by twining his arms behind my back. "What? I'm your futon." Kuroo chuckles, making me glare at him.
"I swear to- you just- I-" I groan in frustration, not able to move my legs which were straddling his waist now. "You sure know how to peev her off." Akaashi chuckles and Kuroo smiles over at him. "It's adorable isn't it? I swear, when she's annoyed it's the cutest thing in the world." Kuroo says and I bury my head into his chest, the heat between us returning. "Why? Why are you just now being annoying?" I try and Kuroo lets out a low chuckle. "Oh, is it bothering you that much? Do you prefer it when I'm not annoying? Mind you, when I'm not annoying there's not much talking going on." Kuroo says, winking down at me as I just sneer at him. "Yeah right, you never shut up, it's always teasing with you." I say and Kuroo laughs this time. "Oh, you're right about one thing. It's always about teasing, but I do shut up, usually when my mouth is busy doing other things." Kuroo says, licking his lips as I feel my body explode in heat. I open my mouth to protest but nothing comes out- what could I even say back to that? Is there even a retort I could make? "Shut your mouth Kitten, you're being a tease. Unless you want me to fill it." Kuroo says and I snap my mouth shut, avoiding his gaze.
"Ah, I like your flustered side too. It's so… arousing." Kuroo says and I squeeze my eyes shut, burying my head into his chest. "Baka! Baka baka baka! Shush! Shut up! I-I can't with you!" I say, pounding my fists on his shoulders with what little movement I had in my arms. "Hai, hai~ I get it~ I'm too much for you to handle~" Kuroo teases in a sing-song voice, making me shake in frustration. "You- I- that's it, Kuroo-Senpai, I'm not sleeping with you tonight!" I say, squealing when he suddenly scoops me up, tossing me over his shoulder as he stands up. "Nope, I get you tonight. Gomenasai, we're going to bed now~" Kuroo says, walking us over to his futon. "Oi! Didn't you hear what I just said? No! N-O- it means I do not agree to this!" I protest, though Kuroo laughs. "Oh, if you don't want to sleep I'm sure I could keep you up through the night. You can't change the fact that you'll be sleeping in my futon tonight, you just need to worry about if you're actually going to sleep tonight. It's up to you." Kuroo says and I freeze, squeezing my eyes shut. "Goodnight, Bokuto-Senpai! Goodnight, Akaashi-kun! Goodnight, Kozu-kun!" I say, Kuroo setting me down in his futon.
"Good little kitty~" Kuroo chimes, crawling on top of me and making my face burn. I roll into my side, curling into a ball and covering my mouth. "Goodnight, teddy bear~" Bokuto chimes as Kuroo lays in front of me, grinning down at me. "Goodnight, Suzuki-chan." Akaashi says as I glare at Kuroo, rolling over so I don't have to face him. Kuroo clicks his tongue, grabbing my hip and rolling me back to face him. "Oi, 'mere. We're going to be cuddling, you can't just pout and avoid me all night." Kuroo says, pulling me into his chest as I growl. "I despise you. You are the bane of my existence." I grumble, making Kuroo laugh as his thumb gently strokes my hip. "You're like a spunky kitten! It's so… absolutely adorable. You can hiss and growl all you want, but I'm still going to tease you." Kuroo says and I dig my nails into his chest, glaring into his eyes. "Will you just shut your mouth-" I start, though his lips cover mine and silence me. I explode in heat, closing my eyes as his hand tangles in my hair. His tongue drags over my bottom lip, a soft moan escaping me as I clutch onto his shirt. "Kuroo, let her sleep in peace. Goodnight, Kimi-chan." Kozu says and I stiffen, realizing everyone is still here.
"Go to sleep." Kuroo mumbles, his voice low and rough as he pulls away from the kiss. He tugs my head into his shoulder and I take a shaky breath, burying my head into it. "Stupid Kuroo-Senpai… how can I sleep after you just kissed me?" I whisper mostly to myself, though Kuroo chuckles and pulls me a little closer. "I know, kitten, I feel the same way." Kuroo whispers and I hesitantly wrap my arms around him, snuggling into his hot body. "Goodnight, Bakuroo." I mumble, though Kuroo laughs heartily, his arm wrapping around my head. "Oh my- did you seriously just call me that?" Kuroo laughs, squeezing me tighter as I feel his chest vibrating, making me feel bubbly inside. "What else am I supposed to call you?" I mumble, feeling my cheeks burn as I hug him a bit tighter. "Oh, I can think of a few things. Tetsuro, Tetsu, there was that one time you called me daddy. That one is dangerous, but it drives me crazy." Kuroo says and I hum, closing my eyes as I start feeling drowsy. "Go to sleep, Bakuroo." I yawn and Kuroo chuckles, wrapping his other arm around me and holding me close. "Goodnight kitten." Kuroo says, kissing the top of my head as I relax and drift off in his heat.
I slowly stir from my sleep, holding onto something hot and comfy. I bury myself in as close as I can get, taking a deep breath of the manly fruity smell. It was so nice, I felt like I was in a hot bath, just soaking in with no fear of pruning or drowning. I just relaxed, slowly dragging my fingers up as I felt something cup my chin. My head rolled back as the fingers guided me up, something delicately brushing over my lips. I moaned softly, pressing in closer to the soft lips, dipping my tongue out to taste. The lips opened in a low groan, welcoming me into the hot wet cavern, letting me taste the peppermint within. I pull myself up a bit more, deepening the kiss as our tongues begin to tangle. Someone clears their throat, making me jump as I pull away from the kiss, blinking the sleep from my eyes. "Well, good morning to you two, too! Sorry to interrupt, but if ya keep at it I doubt your review will be on the cuddles!" Aima chimes as I look up, seeing Kuroo laying his head back on his pillow, eyes closed as he lets out a low groan. "Take her, before I can't hold back." Kuroo grumbles, making Aima giggle as she drags me out of bed. I stumble as I get up, Aima grabbing my things before dragging me away.
"Oi, Kimiko, I have to ask- I guess I just got my answer, but Kuroo's the one that's been kissing you outside the original kisses right?" Aima asks as we shower, having already written my review. "Well, there's two other people who kissed me outside of the original kisses." I admit, Aima gasping as she opens her mouth, screeching when she gets shampoo in her eyes. "Ow! Shit, fuck- that hurts. Hold on, who are the two other people? Just how far have you gone with them?" Aima asks and I blush, rinsing the soap off my body. "Um, Tsuki kissed me out of the blue once when we were just stargazing, but I think that was because I was giving him emotional support. It was just a plain kiss, it was a surprise but I wasn't opposed to it." I admit, blowing out a slow deep breath. "Kozu was another one… When I was drunk I uh… I kissed him, sucked him off and had him finger me…" I admit, Aima squealing in excitement as she rinses the soap from her eyes. "And… Kuroo… We've… gone all the way. I let him, asked him to really." I struggle before I blurt it out, Aima screaming at the top of her lungs. "Shit Aima!" I cry out in surprise as she scrambles over to me, shaking me violently.
"How was it?!? I need the details, everything, girl, I'm so- oh god, I'm dizzy I'm so excited!" Aima pants for air, fanning herself as the door bursts open. "Yo! What the fuck happened! I heard screaming!" Misaki says just as Aima keels over, having fainted from excitement. "Aima!" I cry out, catching her before she hits her head on the floor. "Oh god, what- what's wrong with her?!" Misaki says, coming in and helping me fan her off. "I- I told her, uh- you know what, we'll talk about this later. Help me get her out of here." I sigh, Misaki and I both working to get her rinsed off, dried off and dressed before struggling to get her to her futon. "Okay, now, what the fuck made Aima faint?" Misaki says and I drag a hand over my face, taking a deep breath. "I had sex with one of the boys." I mumble, Misaki pausing and blinking at me. "Well shit, sounds like something she'd pass out over. Um, congratulations! How was it?" Misaki asks and I nibble my lip, thinking about it. "It started uncomfortable, he said cause he was big; he went nice and slow. He helped me relax and it felt amazing when he took over, I mean, it was… mind-blowing." I mumble, closing my eyes as I reminisce in the memory.
"Oh girl, you did it with someone experienced." Misaki whistles and I brush my hair behind my ear, feeling my face burn. "It didn't hurt though, I'm glad about that. At the same time, I can't help but wonder… Well, what now? With the competition and what we did, where do we go from here? I mean, he's acting like he usually does, but at the same time he's acting like nothing happened? We never really talked about it and I don't have the guts to just bring it up." I admit, Misaki slowly nods as she stops fanning Aima for a second. "Well, maybe it could be that he didn't really think anything of it? I could be in the wrong here, but if he's going on like nothing happened then maybe it wasn't a big deal for him." Misaki says and my heart throbs in my chest as I pause, casting my gaze down. "Eh? It… It seemed like it was a big deal for him… I could be wrong I guess…" I mumble, continuing to fan Aima as Misaki waves her hands. "Hey! I'm just saying that could be it, it could be something else entirely! If that is the case, I'm sure plenty of the boys would be willing to give you more than that!" Misaki quickly says, though I just nod, thinking about what she said. Did Kuroo care about what we did?
I spent the day dodging Aima's questions and dancing my thoughts away, avoiding looking at Kuroo since looking at him made my chest ache. I knew it was silly and I was probably overreacting, but what we had done had meant a lot to me, it was a big step and he had helped me through it. It was precious to me and sure, maybe someday I'd do it with another person. Kuroo was my chosen first, which was kind of a big deal for me- but at the same time, what did that do to our friendship? He was acting just fine around me, it was easy to get carried away in our tempo and fall into old habits. I blew out a breath, running a hand over my face as I grabbed my water bottle. "I think these are the ones, Misaki! Look at them, they're so- so- yes!" Aima says, having given up on getting the details from me. I take a long drink of my water as Aima shows Misaki her phone, Misaki's mouth dropping open. "Okay, I can totally see her in those! Yes, let's get those! You know, that'd go really well with those shorts we were looking at the other day!" Misaki says, Aima squealing in excitement. "Yes! Those black belt ones? Fuuuck yes!" Aima laughs excitedly, the two getting hyper together.
The two start squealing as I finish drinking water, setting down my water bottle. "What are you two giggling about?" I ask, beginning to walk over though Aima glares over at me, pouting. "No! You don't get to know cause you won't tell me about what happened!" Aima says stubbornly and I sigh. "I don't want to give you the details, Aima, so please, drop it. Isn't it enough that you even know in the first place?" I say, feeling a bit peeved that she wouldn't just drop it. I didn't want to think about it right now anyway, because if I thought about it I'd wonder if it meant anything to Kuroo. "How about I go ask the man himself then?" Aima says, beginning to walk over to the Nekoma team. "Aima! Would you not? Drop it, okay?!" I yell at her, making her flinch as she slowly turns to look at me, surprised. "Okay, okay, sorry I pissed in your Cheerios." She mumbles, seeming a little deflated as I drop down, curling in a ball and running my hands over my face. "See, this is why I didn't want to tell you." I grumble, scrubbing my eyes as I sigh. "Was it bad?" Aima asks, seeming more concerned as I shake my head. "It was good, but I don't...." I try, falling silent as I let out a long sigh and look up.
"Is what I said earlier bugging you?" Misaki asks and I nod, rubbing the back of my neck. "No, no sweety, it's not a sure thing! I'm sorry I put that in your head, but if you say it was a big deal for him then it probably is!" Misaki says, rushing over and pulling me into a hug. "But- that's just me putting words in his mouth. He could just be like that in general." I mumble, burying my head in my arms. "Oh sweetheart, that's… Well…" Misaki sighs, running a hand through her hair. "That's just how it can be sometimes, but that doesn't mean it's how it is this time… there's no real way to tell unless you ask him about it." Misaki says and I scrub my hands over my face, shaking my head furiously. "Heck no, I'm not going to ask him about it. What if he teases me about it? That's exactly what he'd do! I'd never hear the end of it!" I groan, though Aima comes over and smacks both of our shoulders. "Okay, girl times over, dance time is back. Let's make sure to give them a show, okay? All the sexy moves to make them see what they're missing, or what they're not appreciating." Aima says and we slowly pry apart, beginning to run through all of our dance moves again until we couldn't anymore.
I trudge my way to the Nekoma room, tired of being lost in my thoughts and worrying about things that just made my heart ache. I slide into the room, avoiding looking at the boys as I see Kozu laying on his futon, playing on his Switch. "Hey teddy bear!" Bokuto cheers as I trudge over to Kozu, collapsing beside him, pulling my torso onto his chest. I bury my head into his shoulder, closing my eyes and taking a slow breath. "You okay?" He asks softly, seeming to pick up on the tension I had been building up all day. I don't respond, curling tighter into his comfort as he wraps an arm around my torso. "If you want to talk about it…" Kozu says and I shake my head, not wanting to talk to anyone about it. "Okay. If you change your mind, we can go somewhere private." Kozu whispers and I slowly nod, squeezing him a little tighter to show my appreciation. "Ehh, is something wrong, teddy bear?" Bokuto asks and I just shrug, not trusting my voice. "She's just tired, Bokuto-kun." Kozu says, squeezing me gently as I just hide my face in his chest. "Eh, are you sure?" Bokuto asks and I hear shuffling, making me tense. "Bokuto." Akaashi says and the shuffling stops, Kozu gently rubbing my back.
"If you did all that dancing, wouldn't you be tired?" Akaashi says, though I can tell he's concerned about me too. "Yeah! You're right! Get plenty of rest, teddy bear! I'll do my best to be quiet. Goodnight Suzuki-chan!" Bokuto says, shuffling back to his spot as I slowly relax. I hear something else shuffle, flinching when the comforter is tossed over me and Kozu. "Feel better soon, kitten." Kuroo whispers, gently ruffling my hair as I start trembling. A frog forms in my throat as tears build in my eyes, biting my lip so I don't sob. Kozu sets down his switch, wrapping his arms tightly around me as I squeeze my eyes shut and squeeze him tighter. Why did he have to be so kind and caring when I was torturing myself in my mind? Why couldn't he be annoying so I could be mad at him? At least when I was mad at him I didn't have to worry about if he cared or not. I hissed out a breath I had been holding, crumbling into Kozu as I let out a quiet sob. "Oi, Bokuto, Kuroo, let's take this to the Fukorodani camp room. I know your asses are gonna get caught up in the game and disturb Suzuki-chan." Akaashi says, his voice covering my sob and I feel grateful as he starts gathering their things.
"What?! I said I'd be quiet!" Bokuto protests, but I hear a smack as Bokuto grunts. "Look, you're already making a fuss!" Akaashi says, as I hear more shuffling. "He's right, Owl boy. Come on, let's go to your room. I'll be back later, Kozu. Take care of Suzuki-chan for me. Goodnight kitten." Kuroo says and I hear Bokuto grumbling as the door opens. "I'll see you tomorrow, goodnight Suzuki-chan." Akaashi says, the door closing as I feel so thankful for him covering for me. "Go ahead, cry it out." Kozu says a moment later and I sniffle, the floodgates opening as I cry into his chest. I sob uncontrollably as he just gently pets my hair, holding me tightly. I wail softly, wishing I could just get out of my head for a minute and not have to worry about anything. I don't know how long I cried for, but I just cried and cried into Kozu's arms as he patiently held me and ran his fingers through my hair. By the time I calmed down I was too exhausted to even close my eyes, staring blankly at the wall. They ached and burned from all the tears, but Kozu sighed softly. "Let me up for a minute?" Kozu asks and I slide off of him, laying on my back. I cover my face with my arm as he gets up, shuffling around.
I take slow deep breaths, closing my eyes as I hear Kozu come back. He peels my arm away from my face, something soft and wet gently wipes my face. I can't help but smile as Kozu wipes my tears away before he sets the towel aside, cupping my face and kissing my forehead gently. "It'll be okay, Kimi-chan. No matter what it is, I'm here for you and if you need me I'll drop anything I'm doing to help you." Kozu says softly, standing up again and shuffling around a bit more. I open my mouth to tell him I'm fine but I pause, not wanting to lie to him. "Thank you, Kenma. You… You're always there for me, I really appreciate that." I croak, offering him a weak smile, seeing that he had changed his shirt. "Pudding, you don't need to thank me for that. You just need to feel better knowing I'd do anything for you." Kozu says, crawling behind me and laying down. "I'll do my best." I croak as he curls around me, pulling me into his embrace. "Hey." Kozu says as I slide back and lay against him. "Nevermind. Goodnight, pudding." He says, wrapping his arm around my torso. "Goodnight, Kenma." I whisper, slowly relaxing into his embrace as he gently strokes my side until I sleep.
