Chapter 246: New Resident

Xiang'er continued to observe the weird scenery until she heard the young men say, "Landowner."

She withdrew her scrutinizing gaze from the weird architectural structure and looked ahead. 

Because they were standing in the middle of the path, Xiang'er could clearly see the appearance of the landowner they were referring to. 

She saw a young woman much younger than her, wearing a white set of track hoodies and track pants and a pair of white canvas shoes, walking towards the spot and standing in a hurried manner.

Her youthful and delicate face and clothes, without a speck of dirt, made Xiang'er conscious of herself. 

She looked down and saw her crumpled university uniform was full of mud, tears, and blood, and a slight embarrassment filled her up. 

When the young woman reached them, Xiang'er lowered her head, not daring to see her eye-to-eye.
