Chapter 2017: Was This A Bad Time To Be Back?

"Where's Ding Junqi?" Ding Haonan asked.

"He's in the study. He's talking to Le Tian's dad," Le Tian's mother said as she pointed to the study with the raise of her chin.

Ding Haonan nodded and stood up. Mrs. Ding quickly grabbed his wrist. "Don't beat your son."

After saying that, Mrs. Ding looked awkwardly at Le Tian's mother. He was her son, after all.

Le Tian's mother could relate too.

Ding Haonan went straight to the study. Mrs. Ding wrung her hands together and looked at the study worriedly.

"Grandpa, don't hit Daddy!"

Ding Yuejia's sharp scream came from the study room. Mrs. Ding shot up from her seat but she resisted the urge to go over.

"Mr. Ding, let's talk nicely." This was Le Tian's father's voice. Perhaps Mr. Le did not expect that this gentle and sophisticated Mr. Ding would raise his crutch at his son immediately after greeting him.

"Why are they fighting?" Le Tian's mother asked as she ran to the study.
