Everyone looked at me. OK, wow, add more pressure, I'm already freaking terrified! "Um…. actually, Angel, I was wondering if I could take you somewhere after. I've got something to show you," I answered, trying not to give anything away.

She looked at me curiously, she hated surprises. "Yeah? What?" she asked, wrapping her arms around me.

I bent and kissed her nose. "You'll have to wait and see," I replied, smirking at her, knowing this was probably killing her. She frowned and narrowed her eyes at me, making me laugh; I grabbed her hands, unwrapping them from my waist. "You ready to go now?" I asked, hopefully.

She nodded and looked back at her family who were grinning like mad people; my mom was crying happy tears. OK guys, tone it down! She looked at them all a little confused, obviously wondering what they were all acting like this for. "I'll see you at ours later then. One of you has a key, right?" she asked.
