The glorious sounds of birds chirping could be heard as a ray of light fell on her eyelids, causing her to roll over.
"Morning, sunshine," he said beside her as he took a sip of his coffee, legs crossed.
"Hey," she said dryly, returning back to sleep.
He smirked. "Sleep well?"
"Yeah, what about you?" She asked, sitting up.
"Well, I would say yes, but someone made me sleep at the edge of the bed because she wanted to be cuddled." He teased her.
Her thoughts drifted to the previous night; she was so embarrassed, her cheeks flushed crimson. She threw a pillow at him. "Oh my," she chuckled, looking away.
"So, you want to tell me about the dream last night?"
"What dream?" She pretended not to know.
