Chapter 99: Anger

After her siblings had left, Phina went to the kitchen to grab a snack from the pantry. Then she approached Patrick in his living room, where he was viewing something on his tab.

She sank into a chair next to him.

She questioned him, "What are you watching?" without turning to look at the tab.

Patrick replied, pausing the film, "This is a video of some interior design. Someone sent it to me because he wants something similar."

He said, "What are you eating?" She gave him a look at the cookies she was enjoying.

While she was eating the cookies, he stared at her incredibly and said, "You're already eating it. I bought it last week. I haven't even had a taste of it."

She shrugged, stretched the drawing forward, and said, "Whatever is yours is mine. I just happened to take it first. It is so sweet. Do you want to have a taste?"

He said, staring at her lips, "What about the one you already had."
