Chapter 157: Doing The Right Thing

Ashley was worried that he still has scowl plastered on his handsome face. With that, she approached him and gave him a back hug doing her best to provide him with comfort while embracing him as tightly as she could.

However, since Tanaga was over a head tall, Ashley had tip-toe to make sure that she could kiss the bottom of her husband's ear.

 "Tan, thank you!" she then kissed him under his ear, before leaning her head behind him. 

She's delighted and she feels like she's in heaven after talking to Fumika.  "The truth is we are married!"  Ashley was so proud when she said that to Fumika. To be able to tell someone that they are married is what she was referring to when she thanked Tanaga.

Tanaga stopped what he was doing, and he slowly moved Ashley's hand from her embrace.  Before he turned around, so they are face to face before speaking.

"Ash, why are you thankful?" Tanaga said as he gazed in his wife's eyes full of love.
