I followed Andrew’s advice. What could it hurt? Plus, I’m miffed at Ty.

When I got to school, I went to my locker, opened it, and put my stuff in it when I heard his voice.

/"Hey, Bella. Sorry about last night./"

Yeah, sure, you are, you twit. Remember what Andrew said.

/"No, biggie./" I shrugged.

/"Oh?/"

This was grinding my gears.

/"Yeah,/" I said.

/"Okay, we could meet this evening and go over some stuff./"

I knew what he was thinking. Bella would drop everything and fall for his every whim.

I closed my locker and looked at him. /"Sorry, I can’t. I’m busy./" With that, I strolled off, leaving him stunned. Yep, put that in your pipe and smoke it, buddy.

I walked to class as someone grabbed my arm and stopped me. I turned to see Ty standing there.

/"Come on, Bella./"

I furrowed my brows. /"Why? So, I can show up, and you’ll be on a date with someone./"
