I went back to school. This time I focused on classes and was not worried about Brandon. Since he made it loud and clear that nothing would ever happen between us, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Of course, when I arrived at school, this meant Homecoming was coming. I looked at the posters and shook my head.

/"Sounds like a fun time,/" someone said.

I turned to see a guy standing there, whom I hadn’t noticed. This situation wasn’t weird.

/"Hello, strange guy, who pops up, whom I don’t know,/" I said.

He chuckled as I gave him a strange glance.

/"My name is Keith./" He extended his hand to me.

/"Andi./" I shook his hand.

/"Now that we have introduced ourselves. We’ll get to know each other. Then I’ll ask you to Homecoming, and you’ll accept./"

/"You’re strange./"

/"It’s a mixture of confidence and mystery./" He grinned.
