Yaleep gulped in nervousness as he saw the king frown because of what Fredric said. What was Fredric thinking?! The whole Salren Clan was rolling on the palm of King Ezekiel, and anytime he wished to crush them, he could do so anytime. With the current situation they were in, they could only submit to him.

"Apologies, my King!" Yaleep knelt down, "Perhaps he remembered your childhood that made him emotional… He didn't mean what he said!"

Fredric, startled with what their Clan Leader did, tugged his sleeves, "Brother, you don't have to-"

"Ssssh, you keep quiet if you want us all to live."

He was right. Fredric pursed his lips in embarrassment. The man in front of him was his student, but his position as the fierce king must be considered first.
