They burst into a nearby lounge, where Kiti had already prepared blankets and first-aid supplies. Jazz laid Fanfar gently onto a couch, brushing a damp strand of hair from his face. His gaze lingered on Fanfar for a moment before he turned to Kiti. "Check Killian. I'll stay with him."

Kiti kneeled beside Killian, assessing his condition. "He's stable," she said after a tense moment, her hands steady as she worked. She glanced at Jazz, her brows furrowing. "What the hell happened out there?"

Jazz didn't respond immediately. His gaze remained fixed on Fanfar as his chest rose and fell with shallow breaths. His mind raced with unanswered questions and a gnawing sense of dread. Finally, he murmured, "I don't know, but we're going to find out."
