Chapter 409: Passing Time

Oblivious to the threat to her love, Yasmin was currently exploring the content of the bag. Her eyes would widen each time she saw something she likes. 

Malik's gaze stayed glued on her. Watching her in such a mood strangely made him feel content. Her excitement was infectiously eliciting a fond smile on his face.

She only noticed how noisy she was being after a while. The excitement died down a little, embarrassment taking its place. 

She looked away, trying to hide her hot cheeks. The entire thing was so cute that Malik moved. He turned her gaze towards him and gently pinched her cheeks.

"Beautiful. So very beautiful. Don't feel embarrassed. It's nice to see you happy. I would love to see more of that in you."

Her heart reacted to his words. She let her heart relax before looking back at him. Then it occurred to her where they were.
