Yi Chen ignored Ming Ming's pitiful doe eyes staring at him aggrievedly as he replied, "I need to do something. It's very important."

Marshal Yi who rarely spent time with his family these days reached for some shrimp and peeled it for Ming Ming to appease her. "What could be more important than a family dinner?.... Can't it wait until we are done eating?" he said wondering when Yi Chen had become so impulsive.
