Chapter 367: A bun in the oven....
The pair of mother and son laughed noisily and in a gleeful way like they weren't sitting in a hovercar on a stakeout.
Zi Xingxi kept those stories coming and Zi Han started seeing his mother in a different light. She wasn't as depressed as before. Her body was relaxed and she was even willing to show him some videos of his father. One memorable one was when his father was working on Igneous and his name being suddenly called by Zi Xingxi.
He turned around and looked at the camera with his face stained with a little bit of paint. Zi Xingxi asked him what he was doing and Yeoh Jun bit his lip with slight excitement.
"Come look. I have a surprise for you," he said in the video as he pulled her hand.
Zi Xingxi who was recording the video said, "I have a surprise for you too."
