After hearing Frederica's screams from the dining room, the housekeeper who was having breakfast in the kitchen with Frederica's driver, immediately stopped their respective activities, then ran to the madam.

Reza and Vira gasped when they saw Frederica sitting weakly on a chair with a pale face and lips and blood flowing from her veins. Vira covered her mouth with both hands, while Reza stood transfixed in front of Frederica.
