" What do you want to discuss again, Alpha Thomas?" 

Fredrick asked as he took his king-sized chair, shooting a suspicious glare at the man. Alpha Thomas looked pale. It could be guessed that he was forced to come here by his pack members. He replied in a cold and polite voice,

" I wanted to tell you something.. about our pack. I want to discuss it before the wedding takes place."

Frederick narrowed his eyes at him, using his chin to ask him,

" Go ahead!"

Alpha Thomas took a deep breath before telling with a sullen face, his eyes darkening gradually,

" They want your brother Aiden to be their next Alpha. So, I am resigning from my position."

The news came as a shock to Fredrick. His gaze hardened at Alpha Thomas. He knew that Thomas loved his position more than anything. Suddenly he was willing to resign which sounded suspicious. Still, it was a win-win for Fredrick. If his brother took the charge, there would be no dispute again.
