"Fuck!" I screamed at my men. "Why is he immune to silver? Someone find out why he couldn't be harmed!"

How the hell did werewolves become immune to silver? When I killed other werewolves, they weren't immune to silver. I even had a pair of those silver daggers made especially to take out wolf-borns. Now I was down a dagger because that woman, my supposed to be mate, had it.

Which of my men screwed this up by not getting me enough information? All my plans were laid to waste because one of them didn't get me the required knowledge.

Someone was going to get punished over this. I just had to figure out which one it would be. Not Olivier. I had just made him Beta, and compared to the rest of them, he was one of the smarter ones. Why couldn't I have followers almost as intelligent as me? With my luck, I ended up with the stupid ones.
