Hearing Sean's gentle plea put Ryley into a momentary silence for a moment. His brown eyes slowly glanced at his husband, looking rather indecisive.
He knew he should just tell Sean he couldn't meet him for now.
That would be the best decision because if the role were reversed, Ryley would also want Clyde to stay with him and not ruin their moment to meet someone who clearly had a feeling for him and still chased after him.
Now that he looked into Clyde's still calm gaze, it didn't help him with anything. It added more to his anxiety instead.
"T-tonight?!" Ryley paused, swallowing the nervousness that suddenly made his throat feel parched before he continued, "W-what time is your flight? I mean... I'm still out of town."
Sean let out a faint scoff from the other side when he heard the answer. He was standing right in front of Ryley's door with a small box containing a mini photo album he had promised Ryley to make.
