The sight drained Ryley's complexion so fast that his face paled in no time. 

It seemed that his real enemy was closer than he had ever thought before.

Ryley had no idea what to feel at this moment, lots of things crossed his mind at once. The fact that all the attacks directed at him and Clyde might have been linked to Sean made the blond shiver in fear. 

But why? Why must it be Sean? 

Ryley was pretty sure that he had a good judgement of one's characters, and he definitely didn't sense any ill intention coming from Sean. There's just no way Sean was the enemy he had been looking for.

Still, anger gathered at the tips of his clenched fingers. The blond could feel his blood boil beneath his skin and his chest tightened from the rage that flooded its cavity.
