Chapter 343: Chapter 340 - Damage Control

Ryder sharply turned his baffled face to Clyde, unable to comprehend the strange sparkling air around his friend. The man took his seat looking pretty satisfied, making Ryder frown as he looked at him and the blond guy inside the cafe alternately, wondering what could have happened between the two.

Why did he feel there was something going on between Clyde and that blond? 

His suspicion only got bigger when he saw the wrinkles on the bottom hem of Clyde's shirt, but before Ryder could ask the guy about it, Clyde had pointed at him with a threatening look.

"Don't fucking ask me to buy Nathan's favorite drink ever again." 

The man's answer completed the last missing puzzle for Ryder. He laughed and shook his head once he finally pieced together the meaning behind those wrinkle lines on his friend's shirt and his words.
