Lawrence then did as Ryley said and raised his eyebrows in shock once he opened the picture the model sent to him. "Goddamn... Is this mansion really yours? Where is it?"

Another picture loaded into their chatroom, it was the ownership certificate but Ryley got the address blurred out. "Can't tell now. But I think I'm fine with you as a neighbor."

He knew that Lawrence was interested in properties, so Ryley lured him using the mansion Clyde gave him in Shelter Bay. 

Lawrence swallowed his throat when he counted the zeros on the price stated. "Is this legit?"

Ryley smirked as he chewed on his grape. "Of course. Have I ever lied to you?" 

"No way you bought this mansion on your own." Lawrence's voice was tinged with impatience as he asked, "Who gave it to you?"

"Doesn't matter. Am I qualified to go against someone with a powerful backer now?" Ryley chuckled, but then his eyes flashed with a sharp glint from behind his sunglasses.
