Matthew hissed in a low voice after he gently pulled Adrian's arm and brought him to a table on the corner. "Please tell me, where did you find this book?"

"What's the matter? You seem like you know something about this book." Adrian asked with a confused face.

It was the book that his assistant stole from the underground city of Manhattan. Jane gave him the book and asked him for help to translate some pages that were related to an ancient poison.

Matthew wiped the cold sweat that broke out on his temples with his handkerchief, his wrinkled hands were clearly trembling as he touched the surface of the book.
