Not standing on ceremony, Adriel follows Xanu's lead, and they quickly the courtyard of her father's pavilion in the clan.

The pavilion at the end was richly built with a lot of precious and expensive mortal treasures decorating it, the courtyard had a myriad of flowers and threes of different colors and sizes decorating it, and the scenery was truly a sight to behold.

Xanu was so eager to see her father partly due to worry, that she didn't have time to admire the building and brightly colored courtyard, instead, her eyes landed on the figure sitting on a stone platform in the yard.
