"You failed to save the world?" The monk was stunned. It was the first time he had seen such a strange fellow, "How?" He was intrigued.
Daniel turned to look at the image of Budda and then back at the Monk,
"I was given the chance of transmigration."
The monk's expression changed at once, however, he forced himself to keep a straight face. Even if the worshippers were sometimes not right in the head, compassion was humility.
"Coming into this strange world, I thought, why has the merciful Buddha given me a second chance? However, that was until I saw the corruption in this world and I knew at once, this is my purpose." Daniel sniffed, wiping his nose with the back of his hand.
Perhaps it was the tears that ran down Daniel's face, the Monk suddenly had sympathy for him.
