Chapter 71: Julian vs Julian [2]
"Stop running, you fake. Just hand over my body without resisting. I know where you are at all times."
Tou ran through the forest, with heavy steps. The ground trembled a little bit each time he took a step. He was sure to catch up to Julian.
[Cast: Flame Whip]
Tou narrowly dodged the hot attack, stopping in his tracks.
"Stop right there, big guy."
A silver-haired demon spoke.
"Wait... I remember you. From 15 years ago... Salvokin?"
"I don't know who you are... but, yeah, that's me. I'm sorry, but I have to kill you."
Tou sliced his sword at Salvokin.
Salvokin quickly blocked. However, his sword was heavily damaged.
"Tch.."
Salvokin jumped back.
"What was all that about killing me?"
Tou zipped toward Salvokin in an instant.
[Cast: Magma Dragon]
The floor began to melt, and a dragon made out of molten rocks formed. It separated Tou from Salvokin, moving straight up.
[Cast: Conflagration]
The dragon shot out lava into the sky. It began to rain. Fast.
Tou lifted his sword to shield his head from incoming rain.
The dragon fell from the sky, slamming into Tou.
"Jeez. Julian was having trouble with a guy this weak-"
Crack!
The dragon shattered. Tou contracted his legs, holding his sword in one hand, straight above his head.
"Hypersonic Jet Beam!"
"This guy... can't use mana?"
He extended, cutting through the air, faster than Salvokin could react. A loud ringing noise lingered in Salvokin's head.
Oh, and there was a hole in his body.
He collapsed.
