On the way back to Thorin's castle.

"Could you tell me why you agreed to her offer?" Ariel asked, extremely angry about everything that had happened in there.

She hadn't revealed the fact that Lucian's family was allied with the Celestials, but she had been on the verge of doing so, barely containing herself.

 "I agreed because I didn't want to anger her. She's from an Overlord Family too; I'm sure you know best how powerful you guys are…" Lucian kept playing the victim, not admitting that it was all part of his plan to get picked up by them.

"Still, you shouldn't have agreed…you don't know what she's like." A small sigh escaped her lips. "Once she sets her eyes on someone, she doesn't give up until she obtains it."

"Really? She looked…uh…quite shy back when we were both alone."
