Chapter 55: Day 3

Jason awoke after sleeping for sometime.

He quickly regained himself and began to ponder.

"How long have I been sleeping?" He asked himself.

Being unable to tell how much time he had been asleep, Jason could only make a guess.

He felt like he slept for hours and his back was aching after laying on the rocky ground for so long.

"I'd say about 7 or 8 hours." Jason decided.

He got up, his eyes scanned the environment for any signs of change. Anything could happen while he was asleep.

He didn't see any changes.

Jason had already tried the left path. It had been a futile attempt as he hadn't even made any progress, the path seemed to have no end, no destination, just a maddening loop.

The next path he was going to try was the middle.

Jason walked towards the middle path and glanced at it, it seemed as unassuming as the last one, it was impossible for him to point out any differences between the two of them.
