Chapter 2: Death
"You're not an idiot, don't worry, but what you really are...", A voice behind her says lightly. The owner of the voice appears in front of her "... is an anomaly, a mystery."
"Shut up, ass hole. I will never help you again."
"Oh? Who said this was about you helping me?"
"Mr.Nan, I know that you are a psychopath, but you are also a man with very high intelligence, which is a very dangerous combination. With your intelligence, you should've found only 2 possible outcomes with me remaining alive," she said calmly, despite the fact her hands and feet were bound with chains. "The 2 outcomes have me helping you regain your sanity, or..." When she thought of the second option, she had stiffened.
"...you could be a threat to me, so I'll have to..."
"...eliminate me..." Mr. Nan chuckles lightly.
"You know, you're a really smart person. If you died, it would be such a waste, don't you think?"
Xian Xia sighed softly. "Mr. Nan... I've been your friend for 3 years.. and being a friend with a person as broken as you are is a dangerous thing to be doing. I knew you'd kill me someday. Just do it fast."
Mr. Nan grabbed her chin and forced her to look up at him. Xian Xia didn't look sad at all, despite the fact she was about to be murdered by her only friend... if she could call him that. Instead, she looked calm. "Aww... well that's too bad. It really is a shame that you'll have to go."
Xian Xia stared at him, "Just do it"
Mr. Nan smiled and said, "Bye... before you die, I'll tell you something that'll make you become as broken as I am." He brings his face right by her ear and whispers "You were always as broken as I was," Then a loud bang sounds.

"It's too bad she's dead," Mr. Nan sighs. "She was really fun to tease, but she would be a threat anyway," He says nonchalantly while wiping the blood off his only "friend's" head.
