Chapter 17: Chapter 17 Alone

"No way!" Rachel exclaimed as I finished telling her about how I'd gone to one of Daniel's friend's parties with him and embarrassed myself in front of my favorite singer.

"You actually dropped punch all over him?!" She asked laughing

I cringed as I remembered the humiliating memory.

"Well technically I slipped and he was standing right in front of me, so it kind of spilled all over him by accident."

I took a bite from the bar of chocolate I was currently eating. Tobey had bought a load of junk food with him. I couldn't imagine finding junk food in one of Dominic Blacks places, but Tobey was a lifesaver. He and Rachel had been in the room with us since morning and it was almost dusk now.

"You go to such parties a lot? Like with all these celebrities and all?" Rachel asked in awe.

I just shrugged and nodded.

"Having a best friend who's the son of the future President has its perks." I added grinning.
