Chapter 160: 160. Resist Temptation

Charlos misses Rissa more than anything. Finally, he got up the courage to call Rissa and wait until he heard the dial tone several times. However, Rissa did not answer.

Charlos huffed in annoyance. So, he turned off the phone. Rissa must still be angry with him. He didn't pick up the call from Rissa this morning, and now Rissa is answering it.

After dinner, Charlos still had to sort out some paperwork and check stock prices. It's seven o'clock now. He was exhausted and wanted to go home.

Suddenly, someone opened the door to his room. Gladys went inside with Rendra behind her.

"I'm sorry, Sir. Miss Gladys suddenly came inside," said Rendra.

"It's okay, Ren. You can go home first."

"Okay, Sir. Excuse me." Rendra stepped back, then turned around and left the room.

Gladys sighed dramatically. She put her hands on her waist like a model.
