As soon as he could breathe properly once again, Gus summoned both of the remaining potions from his inventory and raised them both to his mouth at the same time. Even after taking them, he was only around half of his maximum health. And, seeing as he was at a point where his weapon was broke, it was safe to say he was down to his last effort in this fight. But he was not without a hope.

He looked at the crowd in the arena as he stood up. They were all on their feet now, as far as he could tell, as the excitement of the match took over their bodies. Like sharks sensing blood in the water, they could tell that the fight was close to the end.

'Do I really want to pull it out here? In front of all of them? I'm surprised that there hasn't been more of an outrage about the fact that I used the potions in clear view of them, but I guess their minds are clouded by the thrill of the fight to care.'
