Chapter 10: The Chaotic Plan Of Chaos
The Village Chief, my brothers, and I are sitting on our respective chairs with a huge and long table between us. All of the villagers are outside, doing their assigned works.
The Sword Spirit Village is kind of peaceful since there are no internal disputes. All of the villagers in the Sword Spirit Village do not have any problems with their current works and it is great that the topography of the village has excellent soil quality and is nearby a spiritual ore mine.
The village is also near some monsters that can be easily hunted and dismantled into useful materials and their fleshy remains as fertilizer.
I have previously proposed all of those methods to improve the Sword Spirit Village and it bears the fruit of a stable economy and lifestyle for the villagers.
Anyways, it is time to start the meeting.
"Our utmost priority is to gather cultivation resources for my breakthrough to Deity Tier. The village's current condition does not need to improve as of now and what we lack is power."
I said to the village chief and he nods, signaling that he also knows about it.
"It is inevitable that there will be a time that we will fight against foreign invaders such as the members of the sentient monster races from the villages near Sword Spirit Village. Hence, increasing my cultivation including your cultivation is our plan for now."
I state as I signal my brothers and the village chief to give their own opinions about this matter.
"How about we use the Dao Of Slaughter to kill the monsters near the village and absorb their blood essence for our cultivation?"
Bloodlust suggests while my other brothers seem to have agreed to it.
It doesn't seem to be a bad idea since I have previously used [Chaos Sword Art Form 2- Absorb] when I was recovering some of my cultivation.
"Any other suggestions?"
I ask my brothers.
"How about I steal cultivation resources from the neighboring villages using my spatial abilities?"
Space Renegade asks me while performing his spatial abilities such as teleporting a desk on the farm field and switching it with a carrot.
I am not against such an idea since I don't have any relationships with those monsters from the neighboring villages. They should be honored that they will soon contribute to the growth of an Ancient Sword.
"I accept both suggestions. Bloodlust, collect as much blood essences you can obtain from the surrounding monsters. Space Renegade, conceal your appearance and steal as much as cultivation resources you can get from those monster villages."
Bloodlust and Space Renegade nod their head in agreement as they exit the room, leaving me, the former village chief, and the rest of my brothers in the room.
"For much faster growth speed, I need to refine chaos qi so the rest of you except Celestial Reverence will go to the neighboring monster villages in disguise and cause chaos. I don't care if you burn their houses or contaminate their water supply as long as you can cause chaos. The more chaos the better."
I command the rest of my brothers as they disappear out of sight and exit the room in haste.
"Are you sure it is a good idea to cause chaos to the monster villages? What if they find out that your brothers are from the Sword Spirit Village? Wouldn't that provoke the monster villages and possibly wage war against?"
The former village chief keeps on asking questions.
"Provoke the monster villages? What if my brothers disguise themselves as a monster race that is the enemy of the monster village that they have invaded? Would not that cause the two monster villages to increase their hatred against each other?"
I answer the former village chief's question with a question.
The former village chief quickly realize my plan and he is a bit shocked by my plan.
My plan is almost flawless since my brothers are sword spirits and they can shapeshift into any appearance they want whether it is human or monster.
I don't care if I will be called a person without any morals since I know that I will still have the last laugh because I will be the one who benefits the most in this plan of mine.
I will do whatever I can do to restore my strength and to fulfill my plans of creating a force that can contend with the forces that the higher being will possibly send to deal with me.
And to do that, I need to reach Deity Tier first and collect as many loyal subordinates, especially from the human race. After all, humans can create endless possibilities. Endless possibilities are one of the things I need to deal with the higher being who had sealed my memories.
Finding a worthy wielder will be one of my priorities after I ascend to Deity Tier.
