Chapter 1: Waking up in Ever night.
Before i died on earth I used to be called Zack Arms. I was in my late 20s , No girlfriend, had my own place , Work wasn't to bad I was making 16$ an hour just to wash expensive equipments , Finally I died in a hospital room because of an incurable disease.
When I woke up I wasn't in Heaven or Hell I was in a tent. I didn't panick or try to asked for directions.
I got up from the bed , I stretched, coughed and breathed in and out . Only to see a woman with tears in her eyes.
Xia Tian Lei my son thank goodness that you woke up .
I started to recall the memories of this body . I'm Xia Tian Lei son of Xia Hou a powerful Tang general. My mother is a demon sect remnant and the lover of the general.
I was born three years ago in the general's hidden camp because I'm supposedly a demon remnant when I don't practice demonic Energy.

For the next three months I learned that I was a sword expert . But my dreams where related to a giant rain cloud over an over flowing giant lake. This should make me a mind expert not a sword expert . Maybe I was an hybrid of both cultivation paths.
Tian Lei you need to practice the basics so I got you a wooden sword love . 2 months later I came to a realization as to why I'm trying to grow stronger it wasn't for myself alone it was to see my mother being proud of me .
I saw a vision of her smiling and hugging me as if I was the only star in her world. Ahahahha I realized that I made it to the perception realm at the age of 4. When I done celebrating I headed down the mountain where I practice everyday for 6 hours .
When I reached the tent I noticed Xia Hou coming out with a spear dripping with blood.
Mother ! I ran inside only to see the corpse of my mother on the ground . Xia Hou !!! you killed her .
I flew into an uncontrollable rage and I didn't notice that Purple threads of lightning Sparks where surrounding me. Another thing that a Cultivator would notice about me is the red eyes and red aura steaming off my body.
Ahhhh! Xia Hou you killed her. I hugged my mother's body and ignored Xia Hou who left the place . I buried her by myself and removed Xia as my surname .
From now on I will be known as Tian Lei and my first goal in the world will be to become stronger than Xia Hou and kill him.
