Chapter 62: Conversations

That night the sky in the abyss was calm and quiet.

The abyss was a dark area of the realm but it had differe r shades and hues of darkness. Now the upper areas of the abyss had purple hues. Earlier the hues had a red tinge to them.

Rachel sat quietly on the flat roof of a tall wide building. She looked up into the sky of the abyss sensing the movements and pulses of the the surrounding areas.

As she sat quietly Brita and Jin silently appeared next to her. Brita leaned back and looked up, a smile spreading across her beautiful face. Jin looked sternly straight ahead with her eyes narrowed.

Suddenly Jin looked up. "It seems the idiot has arrived." Both she and Brita faded from view as Shram landed lightly on the rood next to Rachel.

He looked forward and they both sat in silence for a long time. Rachel looked over at him for a few moments seeing that he had no intention to speak to her she stood and stretched.

"Maybe tomorrow."
