I am in no way a professional writer, this story is purely off of my imagination and it isn't reflective of actual history. This story isn't based off of anybody living or dead, and isn't meant to hurt anybody's sentiments.

I have always enjoyed reading historical fiction and stories about ancient India and kings and queens have always intrigued me but at the same time it was hard to find such a story that took into play of everything yet at the same time was genuine. I wanted to represent South Asian women and history as much as I could being inspired by many Asian shows and dramas.
This is my first story and I hope everyone will enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it and allow themselves to fall into this world of fiction and story of a princess and her journey from nobody to a concubine and finally to a queen.
