Okay. So let's review what has happened so far since the first scenario forcibly started.

I was already inside the barrier covering the school, due to some concerning explanation from Emmeline.

Then, the terrorist attack commenced. Guards were beaten up pretty badly, but they were alive. All of them.

Why? That's because they were desperate and blackmailed fugitives, forced to steal the artifact by the duke Neville.

I was pretty helpless at the start, because even if I wanted to strike a deal with them by using their weakness, they won't actually listen to anything I have to say.

And then, I gained a pretty useful skill of being able to create magic barriers once a day for the duration of 10 minutes.
