Chapter 53: Reports.

The route to the war room was lined with soldiers who took sneak glan up OPces at Stiles in awe. 

Seeing a kid with so much potential, led them to imagine how the future would be, strange smiles forming on their covered faces.

Alexia, as before, remained in silence, awaiting her Lord's command… and also sizing up the soldiers' reaction to Stiles's presence.

On arriving in the familiar hallway, Stiles heaved a sigh of relief. He had ever since noticed the strange gazes of the guards—it made him feel like some specimen about to be dissected.

'Fame is truly terrifying; bearing the stares of the multitude, looking at you with a plethora of emotions—respect, curiosity, love, hatred, jealousy, awe, among others…'

His imaginary self chuckled while his facial expression on the outside was unperturbed.

"Are you interested in joining the meeting?" Stiles asked Alexia, who looked to the ceiling thoughtfully.
