The ghosts are staying away from her.

Walking behind Gumi, Wakana wrinkles her nose when a dark foul smell assaults her nose. She resists the urge to throw up. The atmosphere inside the tunnel is moist and heavy, burdening her shoulders in some way. Though the ghosts keep a distance from her, she can feel their hungry eyes fixated on her back.

The light in the tunnel seems to be never enough. It keeps blinking. In each flicker, flashes of memories run past her: accidents, screams, blood, and death. The place is full of traumatic memories. It's making her uneasy. She holds her breath and keeps walking.

"There." Gumi stops in the midst of the tunnel and points at the wall. There's a huge monstrous graffiti of a strange creature: twisted, long-legged with spikes, tentacles on its back, and talismans gleaming on the graffiti in neon letters.
