Commander Vanguard tightened his grip on his advanced weapon, his gaze never wavering despite the threat running deep. With a firm signal, the troop members began to form a defensive formation, a formidable layer of human shields, ready to deal with this unexpected charge.

With a reflex action, Noa raised his left hand, flicking his fingers rapidly over his holographic screen that was giving off a bluish-blue light. Hidden data flashed through the air before the screen suddenly went out. He immediately stretched his body, got rid of his virtual world and prepared to face the horrible reality.

"Come on, let's go again, Adrihen!" Noa said in a firm tone heard amidst the commotion.

Adrihen, his shiny gun in his grip, smiled at Noa. "With pleasure."
