Chapter 176: Essence Refining

Sitting below the tree's shade in a casual lying posture, Aruer opened his eyelids lazily and looked at Nash.

"That thing was called a Golden Spirit, an evil spirit feeding others torment and sadness. In the past, they have served the Spirit Queen herself until the Ancient One did not kill her and gained their loyalty."

Nash raised a brow as he could clearly remember how the Golden Spirit mention something about Spirit Queen Legacy when Amy punched him. Hence, to find out what that was he asked calmly, "Who was this... Spirit Queen? How did she die?"

Without suspecting any reason why Nash seemed eager to know more about the Spirit Queen Aruer raised his head toward the sky and after pondering for a second or two started to speak;

"During the Ancient Era, thousands of powerful existences lived that were close to us Ancient Races leaders, the Alphas, and among their numbers were an exceptionally powerful being, the Spirit Queen."

"She was not an Alpha?" Nash asked curiously.
