Chapter 239: Security

Around noon, the civilians made way as a carriage pulled up outside the Golden Sun Restaurant.

Some bystanders watched, wanting to see who would come out of it.

Golden Sun Restaurant and Crystal Moon Fragrances had many customers. As people scrutinized the carriage, they guessed that whoever was inside was someone above average.

The carriage may be made out of wood but it was obvious how well-maintained and polished it was. The driver didn't look shabby either. It was obvious he was not hired just for the day.

The footman came down and opened the door.

Not many carriages have their own footman. It became even more evident that the passenger was someone high-ranked.

Moments later, a delicate foot stepped out, followed by clean robes the color of sunshine.

Soon, the silhouette of the lady was seen. From the looks of it, she seemed young.

When she lifted her head, they finally saw her beautiful youthful face.
