Chapter 444: New Roommate

The gate's guard asked if the person in the carriage had a permit to enter the Tranquility Conservatory.

Since the assessment to enroll has long passed, random people could no longer enter the gates without permits.

Lu Ping stepped out and brought out a token.

The guard took a look and determined that it's valid. However, the token signifies that the user is not a student yet. The user of the token is only permitted to take the assessment though late, per recommendation.

"Are you the one who wants to enter?" He asked Lu Ping.

The latter shook her head. "No, I'm her maid. My Mistress would be the one to attend classes here."

When the guard heard that the person before him was the maid of the one inside the carriage, he immediately guessed that this must be from one of the noble families, or at least one of the wealthy ones who were able to afford personal maids and could even get a recommendation from the Administrators of the school.
