When Sasha looked around with her eyes in this new and second life her bright blue eyes burned with determination, a thing that is very unlike her.
Having been born in the advanced stages of the digital age she had been one of millions that had succumbed to the pull of the entertainment industry and spent her life indulging in it.
The thirty something years that she lived were scarce of bonds with her direct family ties having been the strongest until even these withered when the two parents passed on.
Sasha had drifted around in the realm of imagination and creativity until an accident outside of her influence drew the finishing line and she awoke moments later in the body of a new born babe.
It was there that she finally had come to the decision to achieve something, be it whatever, but she was determined to do something big with this new life of hers.
And like that it came to be that the youngest child of the Asmodeus family was hailed as the bringer of a new age.
Establishing in her early childhood days she gained the title of a genius by comprehending knowledge at vast speed that surpassed all her older siblings by miles.
But that was not what brought fame and glory to the noble house of Asmodeus, no, it was her miracles gift in the arts of the arcane and mystic knowledge that shock the very lands and kingdoms within.
Magic is a well established school of arts, but even the most well respected practitioners were still far from being able to sway a kingdom with their glowing arrows, balls of fire and flashing lightning.
Looking back the arcane studies at the time could be compared to a miss matched shack built out of whatever people could get their hands on.
Elemental studies, blessings, curses and many more subjects were all touched, but not explored, nor united.
This changed when Sasha Asmodeus, youngest of her blood released the book named "The Reach of the Earth".
A book discussing the nature of all arcane related to the concept of the earth and what lies within.
An wave of magic followed the release of this knowledge as mages appeared left and right that soon grew powerful thanks to the complete and detailed path laid out for them within the book.
It hadn't been two years when a new book by the very same author which by now was hailed as the greatest arcane schooler of all, sought the light of the day.
"Flames and their Kindle", and like that mages of fire joined the fry reinvigorating the calming wave that had swept the lands.
Like that years after years books were released by Sasha detailing all paths to master the elements.
When the book of the last element had reached the world, many thought that a time of stability will now ensue where the world will solidify itself with the its new found knowledge, but oh how wrong they were.
Mere five years after the last book on the elemental theories has been released, a new, and completely outrageous script made an appearance.
"What lies Beyond", a book filled with knowledge about worlds, realms and beings beyond their own, all accompanied by a through description and explanation of all that is needed to make that power their own.
It was then that the world decided it was enough.
In a moment the title of greatest arcane schooler was besmirched and cursed as tainted person who had reached into infernal plains to dabble with all that is evil.
No that they were wrong, Sasha had no qualms reaching into even hell to understand and research it's nature, but just a tad bit different than the world thought she would.
Instead of joining forces with or being tainted by those beyond, she was the one who tainted them, for she had been studying a school of magic that she called solely her own and never shared with others.
The arcane knowledge of the dark moon.
With knowledge of a different world and view of the world that exceeds the tiny coffins of their planets and star, Sasha set her gaze on it all.
It's a knowledge and art whose power and order surpasses even that of things like good and evil.
That is why when she laid eyes upon the negative plains of the infernal beings, it was not her that became tainted.
It was the wicked creatures who cowered in fear as the dark moon blocked their fiery skies and corrupted the lands with rays of cosmic light.
